LaVista Antigua is well suited to professional teams and crew seeking a calm, comfortable, and well-managed base. Five spacious suites, each with a king-size bed, air-conditioned bedroom, smart television, personal safe, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is available throughout the builing, with use of the pool, limited private on-site parking, and a mid-stay clean included as standard. An experienced on-site management team is available to support operational needs and ensure a smooth stay.

The quoted Whole Property rate is based on five suites, each accommodating up to four guests: two sharing the king size bed and two sharing a double sofa bed. Alternative configurations with independent sleepers can be well accommodated; however, sleeping arrangements must be discussed and agreed in advance to ensure the suite layout is appropriately configured.
All rates are inclusive of ABST (17%) and exclusive of the mandatory Guest Levy of US $5 per person, per night. Pricing varies according to group size and the agreed sleeping configuration. By prior arrangement, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.
Maximum group size (guest exclusive booking): Approximately 20.
Minimum nights for exclusive use: 5 nights, 7 nights during peak season.
Adult only policy: Applies for standard stays. When the property is rented exclusively, this policy is relaxed; however, the property is not recommended for young children.
Transportation considerations: The property is located outside walkable nightlife; a SUVor taxi is recommended for getting around.
Booking: Group stays are accepted by direct booking only.
